  • How long does it take to set up?
    Our 360 setup time ranges anywhere from 45 minutes to hour, so we will make sure we arrive at the venue with ample time before the start time of your event.
  • How will I receive the videos?
    Videos are instantly retrievable via a QR Code, Phone Number, Email, and/or AirDrop!
  • What is your deposit policy?
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to save the date.
  • How far in advance should I book?
    The early bird gets the worm! The sooner the better, to make sure we will be available for your event.
  • What is a sharing station?
    It's a separate station for the guest to share their pics. It helps to keep the line moving so everyone can have their spotlight moment.
  • How much space is required to set up the video booth equipment?
    We need a space that is at least 10' long and 10' wide.
  • Are you Insured and Registered?
    Yes, we are! Our company can provide you a copy of our liability insurance and business license.
  • Am I able to view all videos taken at the event?
    Yup! From fashionable to funniest, we will include the entire gallery of videos and photos.
  • How many videos will I get?
    That purely depends on how much fun your guests are having! All packages come with unlimited videos!
  • Do you provide props?
    We do!
  • How many people can fit on the 360 video booth platform?
    About 3-4 people!
  • How does the 360 video booth work?
    The 360 Video Booth is designed to rotate a camera around a stationary platform to produce a video that closely resembles the cinematic bullet-time effect.
